its been over 2 weeks and they are still not here. Transaction ID#473250. how much time will it take till they get here?

Hi,

Thank you for your post. Please don't worry, your recent orders were not leftovers. Indeed, manufacturers in Europe should stop advertising cigarettes as Lights/Ultra Lights/Super Lights. According to this ban all packs should carry the new names by December, 2009 meaning that from December, 2009 all tobacco companies should no longer use the old style of the packs. Yet, they are still entitled to produce and sell the old styled cigarettes by the stated above time until their stock is over.

There is nothing you should worry about. You are getting the same cigarettes with identical tar and nicotine volumes, the difference is just the pack style.

There is no order number to click on when I am in the order list. Its completely blank.

Did you click on your order number?When you do that a box will open showing your order and the tracking number....

I wanted to know if I could get a tracking number for my order. I ordered 2 cartons of ciggerettes 10/23/09 and it was charged to my visa. I know it takes time but I would like to track my order.
